El día 9 de febrero, en el marco del Foro Social Mundial y de la Asamblea Mundial de los Habitantes se llevó a cabo en la universidad Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, el taller “Fondos populares para tierra y vivienda”.
El 8 de febrero de 2011 en las instalaciones de la Universidad de Dakar se instalo la carpa de los habitantes, para debatir la vía urbana y comunitaria, con una asistencia de 120 ciudadanas y ciudadanos de 30 países del mundo.
Convergence of inhabitants for the right to habitat
In the last ten years, articulations and convergences between activists, social movements, inhabitants´ and neighbourhood organizations as well as technical supports that defend the right to habitat have been consolidated.
