Chávez was not a distant president, he was a comrade of the popular movement that came to power, he was one of us: AND HE LIVES!
He died a libertarian, an irreverent, a social transformer, but the seed of a promising future remains for the Venezuela Bolivarian and for Latin America.
Commander Hugo Chávez has not died, the tyrants have died, he has left us the historical lesson of Latin American integration as a guarantee of independence and sovereignty in the face of imperialism with the
Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America, ALBA.
The International Alliance of Inhabitants, IAI, accredited Commander Hugo Chávez, a respectable man, a man of the people, who understood the pain of families evicted from their homes, looked after the tenant victims from the greed of the bosses of the cement tyrants and, in support of their struggles, signed the “ Law decree against eviction and arbitrary vacancy of housing”.
With this lawful initiative 95% of evictions in Venezuela have been avoided. Since this, he committed to support the Law for the Regularisation and Control of Housing Rentals, where the arbitrary eviction of housing is prohibited. Furthermore, he created and inspired the Housing Mission, where thousands and thousands of people, who lived in miserable shanty towns and were heavily affected by the rains, today have dignified, comfortable and beautiful housing.
Today the pain that we feel has turned into strength, because we are committed to continue supporting the struggles of the Venezuelan people so that the oligarchy does not come back : Never again!
The International Alliance of Inhabitants expresses its most sincere condolences and solidarity to the people of Venezuela and The Metropolitan Network of Tenants.
