The Settlement and Integration of Refugees Programme, also known as SIRP, has as its main objective the reintegration of Serbian refugees that were forced to leave their homes in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Kosovo during the Balkan conflicts in the 90's. It is financed by the Italian government and is implemented by UN-Habitat.
